We provide transparent information on betting markets, bonus structures, responsible gambling tools and account management. All content is for informational and entertainment purposes.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Accounts found to be duplicates may be permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and contact number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.
nag4u operates a mandatory KYC process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. Prior to processing any withdrawal, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify nag4u immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
All bets placed on the nag4u platform are subject to these Terms and any specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or market. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each bet — including selection, stake and odds — before confirming placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where expressly permitted under applicable market rules.
All odds displayed on the platform are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. nag4u reserves the right to suspend, restrict or withdraw any market at any time without prior notice. Suspended markets may result in bets being void where odds were accepted during the suspension window.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These limits, expressed in PKR, are displayed within each market interface. nag4u reserves the right to apply individual account limits where betting patterns suggest irregular activity or where risk management obligations require it.
Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances:
Live in-play markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuations reflecting real-time match events. Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, subject to any applicable latency period. nag4u accepts no liability for delays in bet acceptance resulting from connectivity issues on the User's end.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional rewards are subject to individual promotional terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between specific promotional terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Wagering Requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted). Real Money Balance is used before Bonus Funds in all wagering transactions.
Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirement completion. Sports betting markets typically contribute 100% of the stake. Certain casino games may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10% or 20%). Live dealer games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. Full contribution rates are specified in individual promotional terms.
Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an uncompleted Wagering Requirement will expire after the period specified in the applicable promotional terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

A minimum deposit threshold applies to all funding transactions. The applicable minimum amount, expressed in PKR, is displayed in the deposit section of your account. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be returned to the originating payment instrument, subject to processing times outside nag4u's control.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to additional review periods where AML checks are required. nag4u will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the Help Centre. Delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions are outside nag4u's control.
Account balances are maintained in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees may apply where a deposit is made in a foreign currency. Applicable exchange rates and conversion fees are displayed at the point of transaction.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nag4u platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
nag4u reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Accounts confirmed to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently closed and any remaining balance — including winnings — may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
All content published on the nag4u platform — including but not limited to text, articles, graphics, logos, interface design, data compilations, software and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of nag4u or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
Any unauthorised use of nag4u's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law. nag4u actively monitors for unauthorised reproduction and will pursue enforcement action where appropriate.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to nag4u's internal disputes resolution process by contacting our support team at the address provided in Clause 15.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within 28 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by the applicable licensing authority. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
