Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what personal data nag4u collects, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and the rights you hold over your own information.
Last Updated: January 2026Our Commitments
All data transmitted between your device and the nag4u platform is protected using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption — the same standard used by major international financial institutions. Your login credentials, payment details and personal information are never sent in plain text.
nag4u does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third-party marketing companies. Data is shared only where strictly necessary — for KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention or where required by applicable law or licensing obligations.
You hold meaningful rights over the personal data nag4u holds about you — including the right to access, correct, restrict processing and, in certain circumstances, request deletion. Submit a data request to our support team at any time and we will respond within the timeframes set out in this Policy.
Cookies are used only for essential platform functionality, session management, security purposes and anonymised analytics. We do not deploy third-party advertising trackers or cross-site behavioural profiling cookies. Our cookie categories and retention periods are detailed in Clause 6 of this Policy.
Identity and transaction data collected during the KY C process is handled in strict accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. Verification documents are stored securely, access-controlled and retained only for as long as required by applicable regulatory obligations.
nag4u does not hold personal data indefinitely. Each category of data we collect has a defined retention period proportionate to the purpose for which it was collected. Once the retention period expires and no legal obligation requires continued storage, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "the Policy") sets out the basis on which nag4u (hereinafter "nag4u", "we", "us" or "our"), operating the platform accessible at https://nag4u.cam, collects, processes, stores and discloses personal data relating to users of the platform (hereinafter "you", "your" or "the User").
nag4u is committed to handling personal data responsibly, transparently and in accordance with applicable data protection principles. We recognise that privacy is a fundamental right, and this Policy is designed to give you a clear, honest account of our data practices — not a wall of impenetrable legalese.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any feature of the nag4u platform, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should discontinue your use of the platform.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply:
When you register an account, verify your identity or contact our support team, you may provide the following categories of personal data:
When you use the nag4u platform, certain technical data is collected automatically:
In the course of KYC verification and fraud prevention, nag4u may receive personal data about you from third-party identity verification providers, sanctions screening databases and payment processors. Such data is used solely for the purposes for which it was obtained and is subject to the same protections described in this Policy.
nag4u processes personal data only where a valid lawful basis exists. The applicable lawful bases are summarised in the table below:
| Processing Activity | Lawful Basis |

nag4u uses the personal data we collect for the following purposes:
To create and maintain your user account, authenticate your identity at login, process account settings changes, enforce single-account policies and communicate important service updates related to your account.
To process deposits and withdrawal requests, verify payment instrument ownership, prevent fraudulent transactions and maintain accurate financial records. References to payment channels familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are contextual only; nag4u does not retain full payment credentials beyond what is strictly necessary.
To meet KYC, AML and CTF obligations, conduct sanctions screening, retain transaction records for the periods required by applicable licensing and regulatory rules, and respond to lawful requests from competent authorities.
To monitor betting activity for signs of problem gambling, enforce deposit limits, loss limits and session time restrictions set by the User, process self-exclusion requests and communicate relevant responsible gambling information. This processing is integral to our duty-of-care obligations and cannot be opted out of while an account is active.
To analyse aggregated and anonymised usage data, identify technical issues, test new features and improve the overall user experience. Individual Users are not profiled for commercial purposes on the basis of this analytics data.
Where you have provided explicit consent, we may send you promotional communications about new features, bonus offers and platform updates. You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any prior processing.

nag4u does not sell or rent personal data to any third party. We may share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
We engage carefully selected third-party service providers — including identity verification specialists, payment processors, IT infrastructure providers and customer support tools — who process data on our behalf as Data Processors. All such providers are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to maintain confidentiality, implement appropriate security measures and process data only on nag4u's documented instructions.
We may disclose personal data to competent authorities, regulatory bodies, licensing authorities or law enforcement agencies where required by applicable law, court order or regulatory direction. In such cases, we will disclose only the minimum personal data necessary to satisfy the legal obligation.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or part of nag4u's business, personal data held by nag4u may be transferred to the successor entity as part of that transaction. Users will be notified of any such transfer and any material change to data processing terms before it takes effect.
The nag4u platform serves users across multiple jurisdictions, and personal data may be processed on servers located outside Pakistan. Where personal data is transferred to countries that may not have equivalent data protection legislation, nag4u implements appropriate safeguards to ensure that your data continues to receive a level of protection consistent with the principles set out in this Policy.
Such safeguards may include standard contractual clauses incorporated into agreements with Data Processors, binding corporate rules where applicable, or reliance on adequacy determinations recognised by the applicable licensing authority. By using the platform, you acknowledge that your data may be processed outside Pakistan on this basis.
nag4u retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal, regulatory or licensing obligations. The following retention periods apply:

| Anonymised analytics data | Up to 24 months | Legitimate interests |
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is either securely deleted using industry-standard methods or irreversibly anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to any identifiable individual.

The nag4u platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data relating to minors. Age verification is conducted as part of the mandatory KYC process for all registered Users.
If nag4u becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual below the applicable minimum age, that account will be immediately suspended, any deposits will be returned through the original payment channel, and all associated personal data will be deleted as soon as technically and legally practicable.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has registered an account with nag4u, please contact us immediately at [email protected] (plain text — copy the address manually into your email client).
nag4u reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material — for example, where we introduce a new category of data processing or change the purposes for which existing data is used — we will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing a revised version on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, by notifying you directly via your registered email address.
Your continued use of the nag4u platform following the publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. If you do not agree with any material amendment, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.
